We proudly offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which gives the customer the right to refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery (while the delivery truck is still on sight) / pick up. After the item is refused at the time of delivery/pick up, the customer will receive store credit and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the inventory charges which will be deducted from amount paid in addition to any shipping charges incurred, and the remainder will be applied to store credit. Once delivered and accepted, items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair. All exchanges/returns must be in products original boxes 24 hours to check the product for everything to be OK
Mattress Return due to the coronavirus we don’t exchange or refund on the mattresses you have the right to refuse the mattress when the driver is there at the moment of your delivery if not we don’t pick it up or exchange it for you thank you due to the fact that it takes at least two weeks to adjust to your new sleep surface. customer is permitted.
